A lot of people intentionally avoid caffeine as they cannot sleep well if they have taken some. However, surprisingly, there are foods and drinks that many of us thought to have no caffeine when it actually has. Chocolate
A lot of people are chocolate lovers. However, if you are sensitive towards caffeine, it is not an ideal sweet treat to take before bedtime. Chocolate is from cacao plant which naturally has caffeine although it may not have as much as coffee does. You can find caffeine in chocolate candies, chocolate syrup, granola bars, chocolate milk, and a lot more.
Decaffeinated Tea
You might think that a decaffeinated tea is already an escape. However, as per the National Coffee Association, not 100% of caffeine may be removed and there might be 2 milligrams of caffeine left in every eight-ounce of tea. While the said small percentage may not bother most people, those who are extremely sensitive towards caffeine may notice it.
Processed Foods
Surprisingly, among the foods with caffeine are the processed foods that state “energy” on their product label. It is usually present in granola bars, energy drinks, and other energy bars. Even plain bottled waters may have added caffeine.

Decaffeinated Coffee
As mentioned earlier, the process of decaffeinating does not fully remove caffeine. There might be about 3% of caffeine left or two (2) to four (4) milligrams left.
