7 Foods That Have More Vitamin A Than Carrots – You May Switch To These Foods

Carrots are rich source of vitamin A which is an essential nutrient needed by our body. Vitamin A is a group of unsaturated nutritional organic compounds that includes retinol, retinal, retinoic acid, and several provitamin A carotenoids, and beta-carotene which are responsible for giving us clearer vision and for boosting our immune system.
