Having a blunt knife can add up to the time and stress in cooking. When you already know that you’ll be preparing for something, have that knife sharpened ahead of time. The sharer the knife, the faster it can cut and the faster you can cook.

It is a common practice to cut your own ingredients when you are the one cooking, right? But this can just add up to the time and can slow the cooking. Why stress yourself from all the cutting when you can already buy chopped ingredients at the store? Or you could use someone’s help with the cutting while you do the cooking.
